About
We got tired of watching good recommendations die in a slide deck.
Cashflow Army is an operations and financial systems consultancy. We diagnose the problem and build the fix — because the handoff between those two things is where most improvements go to die.

Placeholder — replace with a real founder name, photo, bio, and LinkedIn before launch. An anonymous team is the biggest trust gap on the site.
[Name] spent [X years] [doing what, where] — which is where the pattern became obvious: [the observation that led to founding the firm].
[Second paragraph: relevant credential, notable work, or the specific expertise that makes you the right person. One concrete detail beats three adjectives.]
[If there’s a team: name them. If it’s you plus contractors, say that — it’s more credible than implied scale.]

Four things we’re stubborn about.
Diagnosis before prescription.
Nobody should sell you a solution before they understand your problem. If we can’t clearly explain what’s broken and what it costs you, we haven’t earned the right to propose anything.
The simplest thing that works.
Complexity is a cost you pay every month for as long as the system exists. We’d rather ship the boring solution that runs for three years than the clever one that needs us to maintain it.
Say the unprofitable thing.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you don’t need what you came asking for, or that a $200 tool solves it. We say so. It costs us projects and earns us the ones worth having.
Build for the handover.
Every system is designed assuming you’ll eventually run it without us. Documentation, clean architecture, no proprietary lock-in. Dependency isn’t a business model we’re interested in.
How we build
Standards every build is held to.
Diagnose before building.
No engagement starts with a tool. It starts with a map of how work actually moves through your business — including the parts nobody documented.
Test off your live systems.
We build and debug in closed environments against real data. Your production systems are never our test bench.
Instrument everything.
If it runs, it reports. Every system we ship logs its own health, so failures surface as alerts rather than as a surprise at month-end.
Build for the volume you’re growing into.
Modern, well-supported infrastructure — chosen so your systems hold when volume spikes instead of quietly degrading.
You own it outright.
Documented architecture, clean handover, no proprietary black boxes. If you never speak to us again, everything keeps working.
Fit
Where we’re useful — and where we’re not.
We’re a good fit if:
- You’re an owner-led business, roughly 10–200 people
- You’ve outgrown the systems you started on
- Someone on your team spends real hours moving data by hand
- You want to understand your systems, not just own them
We’re probably not a fit if:
- You want the cheapest possible build
- You need a single feature added to an existing product
- You’re looking for someone to take an existing spec and execute it without questions
- You need licensed financial, tax, or legal advice — that’s a different profession
